How We Earn Money

Products and Sites We Own
NotaryStyle is owned and operated by Bopters Media, LLC. Through the same company we also own Notary Training School (including its RON Pro remote-online-notarization training and the Google Business Profile course), CalNotaryClass.com, the Notary Professional Toolkit, and the courses, journals, stamps, and other products sold under the NotaryStyle name. When an article recommends one of these, it is recommending something we make money from directly — a material connection we always label in the article with wording like "our course," "our sister site," or "from the Notary Training School family." These in-house products sometimes rank #1 in our guides because we built them for our own students; that ownership is stated wherever they appear.
Our Promise to You
- Honest reviews. Our product recommendations are based on research, quality, and value — never on commission rates. We recommend products we believe will genuinely help notaries.
- Independent evaluation. We independently evaluate every third-party product we recommend. Our opinions on other companies' products are not influenced by any merchant, brand, or affiliate partner — except for products we make ourselves, which we always label as ours and which we hold to the same standard.
- Accuracy matters. We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date pricing and product information. However, prices, availability, and earnings figures vary and change. Always verify details on the merchant's site before purchasing.
- No pay-to-play. No outside company can pay us to feature their product or to write a positive review; featured placements for third-party products are earned through quality. Our own products appear on this site because we make them — clearly labeled as such.
